When gets android 2.2 then Google Search available on Samsung Fascinate
I know that many Samsung Fascinate users don’t like the default Bing Search box, as they have been used to Google Search, and it is an android smartphone, added a no-Google search box on the home page make the phone looks odd. So users did their best to get rid of the Bing, recently, the Samsung Fascinate is also rooted, so no Samsung Galaxy S phones escape from rooting.
I don’t know if it is a good news or bad news for all Samsung Fascinate users, if you want to install Google Search application without rooting your phone, you have to be wait untill the phone get android 2.2 update, according to Verizon Wireless spokesperson’s statement, users will be able to install the Google Search application once the Samsung Fascinate is updated to Android 2.2, and you still can’t move the Bing Search app, just don’t use it if you dislike it.-Samsung Fascinate info
While the new question comes, when will the Samsung Galaxy S smartphones get android 2.2 or higher update?
