Hi My Samsung Gt – S5620 froze completly, I switched it off and on several times and I removed battery ,sim and memory card etc and then switched on but when I start after all my attempts it boots passes thry welcome screen and then it is stuck ..does not respond to any button’s or screen touches.Please help..Thanks
