-Phone settings
5.choose the options to reset
6.press Reset
7.enter your password
8.press Confirm
All setting on your Samsung Monte S5620 will be reset only a few seconds. Make sure you have transferred necessary data to your computer or memory card, or you will miss all data.

Hi My Samsung Gt – S5620 froze completly, I switched it off and on several times and I removed battery ,sim and memory card etc and then switched on but when I start after all my attempts it boots passes thry welcome screen and then it is stuck ..does not respond to any button’s or screen touches.Please help..Thanks
