I have a Samsung Messager, i tried restarting it. taking out the battery. plugging it in. I can’t bring it in to the place i bought it till next week. Can anyone help me? whenever i try to send a message it says ‘failed’ when i try to make a call, it never rings

Hi i want to reset my phone but I forgot my pass code and cant get into my phone. the pass code isn’t the last 4 digits because i changed it and now can not remember so how can i get back onto my phone
